First of all, we want to make sure that your shopping experience with us is outstanding. That’s why we go out of our way to make sure that you will be treated more than fairly! So always, if anything happens, please contact us! There is without a doubt something we can do for you – even if it’s not on our official terms!  That being said below are our official terms for refunds.

Non-delivery:

If the product you ordered doesn’t show up in 60 days, we will send you a new one, or refund the product – however you wish! International shipment tracking is used to determine if the item has reached its destination or lost on the way.

Major defect in product:

If you receive a defective, broken product, we will always refund the whole price of the product for you. The customer is responsible of shipping the product back to our distributor, with tracked shipment. Our distributors are located mainly in the U.S.. After we have received the product and examined it, the refund may be accepted. If the product is clearly been damaged by faulty usage by the customer, the refund may be declined. If the customer ships the product back, but is unable or unwilling to provide us with tracking details and the product is lost during the delivery, the refund may be declined.

Wrong product:

If the product you receive is not the one you ordered, we will refund the whole price of the product for you. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our distributor, with tracked shipping of our choice. We pay for the shipping. If the customer ships the product back, but is unable or unwilling to provide us with tracking details and the product is lost during the delivery, the refund may be declined.

Product not as advertised – 30 day money back guarantee:

-Functionality or features not as advertised.
-The product cannot be used for its primary purpose
-You are dissatisfied with the product: It’s overall quality is not what you thought it would be.
